Required documents for EU, EES and SC citizens

 

1. Application form [english], [français], the candidate's commitment (affidavit), as well as the personal data processing consent;

2. Baccalaureate (High school) diploma :

  • a copy, if the study document is issued in Romanian, English, French, Spanish, Italian;
  • a certified translation (original) in Romanian, for documents issued in other foreign languages.

3. Academic record for the IX-XII/XIII grades:

  • a copy, if the study document is issued in Romanian, English, French, Spanish, Italian;
  • a certified translation (original) in Romanian for documents issued in other foreign languages.

4. Other documents: (a high school graduation certificate for Italy; Pruebas de Aptitud para el Acceso a la Universidad, calificación Apto for Spain;  Panellinies Exetaseis – certificate attesting the graduation of the national exams for general high school for Greece; certificate issued by Verket för högskoleservice regarding the access to university studies for Sweden; Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) from the United States of America)

  • a copy, if the study document is issued in Romanian, English, French, Spanish, Italian;
  • a certified translation (original) in Romanian for documents issued in other foreign languages.

5. Copy after personal identification documents:

  • Passport;
  • ID document;
  • Proof of name change, as the case may be (certified translation for languages other than Romanian, English, French, Spanish, Italian);
  • Birth certificate.

6. Medical certificate issued in an international language, attesting that the applicant does not suffer from contagious/chronic diseases, personal history related to chronic diseases, and SARS-COV2;

  • A statutory declaration that the participant has complied with the isolation/quarantine regime and has not had close contact with a person confirmed with COVID - 19 in the last 14 days; 
  • Medical certificate stating the current state of health of the candidate and possibly previous conditions related to chronic diseases and SARS - VOC 2 in Romanian;

7. 3 ID photos;

8. Application for the equivalence of the high school diploma obtained abroad or the equivalence certificate of the diploma, if available (shortcut to Application form – Annex 1).

For states that are parties to the Hague Apostille Convention, the study documents subject to equivalence / recognition must be endorsed with the Hague Apostille by the competent authorities of the issuing countries. Study documents from Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus will have the Hague Convention Apostille, while the other EU member states are exempted.
